What do you see from this view?
It’s like a higher power’s testing you.
Checking if your thoughts are all askew
or if your inner crazy will make a debut.
To most it’s just an open sky
where puffy clouds just roll on by
but if you look with your mind’s eye
it’s like a Rorschach test, gone awry.
The clouds they take such simple forms
but they can look fierce, promising storms.
Is what you see within the norms
or would the white coats come in swarms?
A genie holding Aaladdin’s lamp,
maybe a man caught in a hell fire camp.
Does that award me a crazy stamp?
I’d be quite honored and feel like a champ.
The sky is your canvas, the clouds the ink blots
Come with imagination, lots and lots!
Don’t be afraid to play connect the dots
and see what your mind’s eye now spots.
