Ying & Yang of Feelings

Color me confused
A rainbow of emotions
My tears flow easily
Enough to fill the oceans

Outside looks quite calm
But inside a storm rages
It’s like a coloring book
With messy scribbled pages

The lines get blurry
So the colors seep right through
Then they mix together
To create a brand new hue

Each color reflects
The ying and yang of feelings
Sort of like an orange
Found beneath apple peelings

The eyes are the key
To what is brewing inside
The face can be a mask
But true colors you can’t hide

I think this could apply to a lot of people; lots of masks out there... Nice poem.
